About me

I’ve been passionate about communication and learning since childhood. Enrolled in a speaking school at the age of six, I discovered early on the power of words to inspire, connect, and drive action. That foundation grew into a lifelong commitment: helping people and organisations navigate change through clear, practical, and engaging learning experiences.

Over the years, I’ve guided businesses and communities through significant shifts from building digital literacy for the future of work to, more recently, advancing climate literacy to enable individuals to make science-based decisions in a rapidly changing world.

Through FutureClimate IQ, I use interactive tools like the EN-ROADS climate simulator, among others, to bring complex climate science to life. These workshops move beyond theory as they let participants test policies, see outcomes, and uncover what truly drives effective mitigation and adaptation. I’ve facilitated simulations for research fellows, policy makers, media organisations, municipalities, and concerned communities. Highlights include presenting at the Garden Route Municipality Climate Indaba’s, leading a workshop for the ARUA Centre of Excellence in Sustainable Food Systems, and supporting organisations working on climate resilience.

At the heart of my work are two core skill sets:

Speaking & Facilitation – creating engaging spaces where people feel both challenged and inspired to act.

Consulting & Capacity Building – helping teams and organisations develop the literacy and skills they need to adapt in the climate era.
